The Seneca sits in the heart of Snowshoe’s Village, along the Village plaza, with the slopes, shops, and restaurants right outside. Elevators run through the building, and 2½ levels of heated underground parking mean the car stays warm and out of the snow for the whole trip.

The condos have air conditioning, and the shared amenities make an easy home base: a large outdoor swim spa with mountain and sunset views, a firepit, a sauna, a fitness room, a hearth room, and ski lockers.

Seneca is in the Central Village, steps from the slopes. Ski and snowboard lessons meet at Expedition Station, steps from Seneca. For the 2026-2027 season, ski school is moving into the new Shavers Center, so check the lesson confirmation for the meeting spot.

Lift tickets, the bike trails, and Starbucks are a few feet from the door, and the on-call resort shuttle covers the rest of the mountain.

The Seneca has a large outdoor swim spa, a big shared hot tub in the Courtyard off the Garden level, with mountain and sunset views. There is also a sauna in the Health Club.
