The home

The end unit on Flume.

Sunrise on the deck, the Village a short walk away.

Loggers Run sits on Flume, the longest green trail at Snowshoe. Loggers Run 12 is an end unit, so it’s a little more private and a little quieter, with a private hot tub overlooking the mountain.

The back deck has the private hot tub, a Weber grill, and seats for watching the sunrise. In summer it’s an easy walk to the Village, Split Rock pool, and 10 Prime.

The renovation brought a luxury bathroom remodel, new carpet and furniture, plus new linens, mattresses, flooring, and decor, and turned the garage into a rustic recreation room that also serves as a sixth bedroom. There are smart TVs in every bedroom, heated toilet seats in every bathroom, and a private Tesla charger out front. The top floor has the king primary suite, with a brand-new bathroom and a beautiful walk-in shower, plus two more king bedrooms that share a top-floor bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Downstairs, the rec room has an 85-inch TV and a PS5 and doubles as a bedroom, with a bunk of two full beds.

I can say enough about how great our experience was! The property is beautiful and laid out so perfectly for a large group or family. The game room was such a plus and the kitchen was unbelievably well stocked for cooking, we had every single thing we could need. The beds were super comfy and everything was very clean. Our host Monica was extremely responsive and accessible. I truly can't say enough good things, it was a wonderful experience for our family.

A Perfect Place on the MountainWe were spoiled with the ski in/ski out and the hot tub at Loggers Run 12! The condo was perfect for our extended family - everyone had their own bedroom and we spent lots of time together in the den area. We had absolutely everything we needed. Easy walk to the village and Wildcat Grocery. This was our first time to visit Snowshoe....and we'd do it all over again and not change a thing!

Awesome Host and Luxurious StayWe had one of the best hosts we've ever come across. She was readily available and was extremely organized! And the townhome was well appointed and the bedding was luxurious! You'll have a great night sleep. I even ordered the comforter in the primary bedroom for my home. I was impressed! We will stay there again if we need another six bedroom place.

The house is very nicely decorated and comfortable. It is equipped with everything you could want. Plenty of room for our extended family of 6 adults and five kids. Everything was clean and nicely appointed. It is truly a ski in/out location that worked well for us.

We loved staying at Loggers Run. The convenience to skiing was great (you have to walk a little but it's no big deal), the location was very close to the market and ski rental (used Elk River which is a 2 minute drive) and the house had everything we needed. Had a few snafus at the beginning but Monica was quick to respond and resolve. It was a great space for 7 adults and 5 kids. The kids room was a huge bonus and we enjoyed the hot tub. Also appreciated the two full size fridges - much needed for all the food and drinks we brought! Thank you Monica for a wonderful snowshoe holiday!

Large family ski tripWe enjoyed our stay at Loggers Run 12. We had a group of 15 and we all had plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook meals each night. We enjoyed the Christmas tree in the cabin as well because we celebrated our family Christmas during this trip. The unit was very clean and well stocked with essential items. We could easily access the slopes behind our cabin. We would stay here again!
