The Village is your front porch.

Seneca 113 has something rare: a large covered porch with its own entrance that opens right into the Central Village. It’s steps to the slopes, and ski and snowboard lessons meet at Expedition Station, steps away.

Walk straight from the private porch into the Village, a few feet from bike trails, lift tickets, and a Starbucks.

Completely renovated, with plank floors, stainless appliances, a granite counter-height island, and a dining table for six. The bedroom has two queen beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room brings it to six guests. There are TVs in the living room and bedroom with an HDMI hookup for gaming or streaming, and a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. The Seneca building adds two levels of heated underground parking, a ski locker, a fitness room, a sauna, an outdoor fireplace, a large hot tub, and a hearth room for getting everyone together.

  • Guests 6 maximum, including infants
  • Age primary guest 25 or older
  • No pets, smoking, or parties
  • Payment 40% at booking, 60% due 61 days before arrival
  • Cancellation Full refund, less a $250 taxable cancellation fee, if you cancel at least 60 days before arrival. No refunds within 60 days of arrival.
  • Damage deposit $300 pre-authorization, 2 days before arrival

In the Central Village. Its covered porch has a private entrance that opens straight into the Village, steps to the slopes. Ski and snowboard lessons meet at Expedition Station, steps from Seneca.

Yes. The Seneca building has two levels of heated underground parking.

What should we bring?

Laundry detergent for the in-unit washer. Sheets, towels, and a starter set of paper goods and toiletries are provided.

Absolutely wonderful rental! Very clean, cozy, well stocked and beautifully decorated. We loved relaxing in front of the fireplace. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, communication was great and garage parking was a big plus. We will definitely be back!!

Great Place!Perfect place for two of us to relax and enjoy all Snowshoe has to offer. Super easy access to the village with the private entrance. Clean, well stocked and has nice upgrades. The underground garage was also a perk I didn't realize would be so nice to have. We hope to be back!

This was a great place to stay for 4848. It was close to both stages with easy come and go access with the private entrance. It was perfect for two people. One of us has alpha-gal so we needed to prepare most of our own meals and the kitchen was well equipped to do what we wanted to do. There wasn't much storage for the non-refrigerated food we brought, but we made it work. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was roomy enough for two when needed. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year!

The place was perfectly located in the village, yet it was quiet for a holiday weekend. The A/C was on the fritz upon arrival, but Monica had someone install a portable unit within 1.5 hours of notifying her! The place was lovely, and well-stocked with everything we needed and more. Definitely worth the price and we will keep it in mind next year!

Perfect location - super convenient to everything at Snowshoe. The space was wonderfully updated and very clean, we loved that the kitchen was actually stocked with wonderful dishes and cookware to use, just as we had planned. It's the first time I've ever been genuinely impressed with how well a kitchen was stocked in a rental. The host was great with communication, and check-in was a breeze. We can't wait to return! Thanks so much!
