The home

Hot tub on one side, Flume on the other.

Coffee on the deck, straight into the spruce.

Loggers Run 16 is an end unit with a private hot tub overlooking the mountain and slopeside access to Flume, the longest green trail at Snowshoe.

In summer the deck faces straight into the spruce, with a fire table, grill, and the private hot tub. It’s an easy, flat walk to the Village.

The garage is now a second living space, a rec room with an 85-inch TV, a PS5, and three suspended bunks, so adults can relax upstairs while the kids take over downstairs. There’s a mudroom for gear, a living room with a gas fireplace, and a kitchen rebuilt with maple cabinetry, new granite, and new appliances. The bathrooms were redone with new tile, and every bedroom has a TV.

A Beautifully Decorated and Relaxing Getaway! We had an wonderful stay! Monica was an absolutely wonderful host - welcoming, thoughtful, responsive and incredibly helpful. The townhome was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. While I unfortunately had to work during our stay, the dedicated desk came in handy and made it easy to stay productive. We absolutely loved the heated toilet seats - such a luxurious and thoughtful touch! The location was quiet and relaxing, yet just a short walk to the village. We would happily recommend Monica's place to anyone looking for a great experience!

Great for groups! This townhouse was perfect for our group of 12. The kitchen has enough room to cook our dinners, the PS5 downstairs was a blast, and we used the hot tub every night. The best amenity was definitely walking down the stairs to the green run Upper Flume and being so close to the Flume Shack.

Location was perfect. We skied right onto the Upper flume every morning - just a 1 minute walk in our ski boots. The house for our group of 13 people. We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed.

The host was extremely communicative and even dropped off a couple extra space heaters when the temperatures had dropped to below zero. Everything worked and was clean and lovely and awesome.

We had a nice trip. The place was comfortable and we all slept great. Small things like space heaters in bedrooms, heated toilet seats, and plenty of towels were a much appreciated touch. The parking was a little precarious due to recent ice, but when we messaged the host she got the HOA involved and they made it better. The ski-in/ski-out is best for families that know how to ski and have older children. The adults in in our group thought it was convenient. *****Young Families*****If you are going to drop off children at ski school, you will still need to drive them to/from ski school. *** Despite this, it is a suitable place for large families. There was even a pack-&-play if you need one. There was plenty of space to spread out, get everyone a bed, and eat dinners together. We are already planning another trip to Snowshoe.

Logger's Run 16 was fantastic for our 3 families to stay in for a ski weekend! The location is perfect to ski in and ski out! Just a few yards from an access and easily accessible from soaring eagle lift! The only negatives I had were parking was a little tricky but we figured it out and we could use one more bathroom, but overall the place was great and Monica was an excellent communicator!!
