A deck, a hot tub, and the woods out back.

Terrific place to escape the summer heatMonica's place was perfect for us, and it was so nice getting away from the brutal heat, with temps 15-20 degrees cooler. The townhouse was beautifully decorated and maintained, and quite spacious with six bedrooms including three kings and three bunk bed rooms. Quite close to the ski village and restaurants and other amenities. Perfect for children and grandchildren, or just couples. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with lots of plates, glasses, utensils, cookware, etc. We also enjoyed hanging out in the hot tub almost every evening. Finally, the views of the mountains from up on top of Snowshoe Mountain were spectacular and the whole area so beautiful. Really good golf course too. Hope to get back there soon, and would definitely rent Monica's place again. She was very responsive to any little needs we had.

Great property right on the slopes with plenty of space, nice hot tub and responsive host. We will get to stay there again next time in Snowshoe.

This was a fantastic ski trip stay! The host was extremely responsive and we were very impressed with how nice her place was. The breaker went out in the hot tub and she had it fixed the in less than 24 hours so we could get back to enjoying it after long ski days! I would definitely come back and stay here again!

Convenient Ski in SKi out. Slopes within 10 yards and so easy for all ski levels to jump right on the mountain from the home. Fantastic ski-mud room with heated boot warmers and storage for all accessories and skis. Beds incredibly comfortable, firm, and high end. Hot Tub so clean and a delight. Monica was speedy on reply for any need. There are a few updates needed as some door handles were broken and the carpet is outdated. Value fair but a little on pricey side for Snowshoe, considering comparable rates to places we have stayed out West. I would give it a 4 out 5, and definitely come back due to convenience and superb customer service from Monica.

Our go to for our yearly visit to Snow ShoeGreat slopeside skin ski out location. This is a very nice place to stay, my wife and I bring our grown adult kids one having 3 kids and the other has 2 kids. This was our third year in the row renting from Monica, second year here. We enjoy our time here with our kids and our 5 grandchildren ages 1 month, 3,4 and 9. It's been a blessing creating memories here. We really like the outdoor hot tub, the large kitchen table and the ski and snowboard room with the large heated blower that really works well while taking breaks to dry and warm our stuff.
